Claims handlers were reading 50–100 page insurance contracts to identify applicable coverage, exclusions and exceptions for each claim — then drafting coverage-determination letters by hand. Underwriters needed fast, accurate support on complex P&C rules.
We built a suite of multi-agent assistants on the insurer's own policies and rules. Agents read and reason over long contracts, map endorsements to the right policies, and draft coverage letters — always with the human in the loop, in production.
Claims Assistant — analyses 50–100 page contracts to identify applicable coverage, exclusions and exceptions for a specific claim. Coverage-letter draft assistant — an AI web-editor that drafts the determination letter from the claim and policy analysis, with insights and guidance. Endorsement auto-mapping — maps endorsements to corresponding policies. Underwriting assistant — trained on P&C rules and data (e.g. LexPro) to support underwriters.
