The challenge

A global distributor's procurement team negotiated thousands of supplier contracts by hand. Outcomes were inconsistent, leverage from past deals went unused, and the best negotiators couldn't scale themselves.

Our approach

We built a negotiation copilot grounded in the firm's own deal history and live market signals. It recommends opening positions, drafts counters, and flags risk — keeping a human in control of every decision and learning from each closed deal.

What we built

A negotiation workspace: supplier briefs, model-recommended targets with rationale, live counter-drafting, and outcome tracking — so every buyer works with the firm's full memory behind them.
