The client wanted to launch a national-scale streaming service from a standing start — and personalise every second of it. Off-the-shelf platforms couldn't handle Vietnamese payment flows, prime-time concurrency, or the depth of personalisation needed to compete with global streaming giants.
Under a Build–Operate–Transfer model, we held full end-to-end ownership — strategy, design, engineering, AI and post-launch scale ops — taking the platform from zero to millions, then handing it cleanly to the client's internal team.
Multi-platform apps — native iOS, Android, web and Smart TV, with adaptive playback, offline downloads and casting. Content & delivery infra — headless CMS, multi-CDN with regional failover, live-streaming pipeline, transcoding and DRM. AI recommendation engine — personalised home page, real-time next-video recommendation, behavioural + content embeddings, continuous re-ranking. Subscription & payments — local Vietnamese payments: carrier billing, e-wallets, cards and vouchers.
